RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • At Queen Vibes Wig Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an exchange or return policy. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • Exchange Policy: If you are not satisfied with the wig you received, you may exchange it for a different wig of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receipt. The wig must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

  • Return Policy: If you would like to return your wig for a refund, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The wig must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will not accept any returns that have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

  • Refund Policy: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving your returned wig. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damage Policy: If your wig arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require a photo or video of the damage in order to process a return or exchange.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to receive a refund.
