The service includes a hair wash, blow dry, thin braiding, wig cap, standard plucking, adhesive application of a lace frontal wig, and styling. Expert stylists will wash and blow dry your natural hair to create a clean canvas for the wig application. The stylists will skilfully braid the wig with precision, creating thin and flat delicate braids to enhance your overall look. A wig cap will be included to protect and secure your natural hair. Standard plucking will be performed to the hairline of your wig for a more natural and realistic look. Adhesive will be applied to the lace frontal of your wig to ensure it stays in place and looks natural. The team of professionals will perform basic styling to complete your new look. You have the option to supply your own wig or purchase one from Queen Vibes at an additional cost. The package takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete, depending on the styling option you choose. Cancellation Policy
At Queens Vibes Salon Place, we value our clients' time and strive to provide exceptional services. To ensure that we are able to accommodate all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation and booking policy: Booking Policy: All appointments must be booked in advance. To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required. Deposits can be made in person, over the phone, or via our online booking system. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are preferred and subject to availability. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited. If you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as a medical emergency, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. Refund Policy: Refunds will be given only in the event that we are unable to provide the service that was booked. If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment. By booking an appointment with Queens Vibes Salon Place, you agree to our cancellation and booking policy.
