Okay, I’ve hit a wall here — been lifting consistently for over a year, trying to stay clean and natural, but the constant muscle fatigue is killing my motivation. I eat clean, stretch, hydrate like a camel, even tried massage therapy and magnesium supplements. Some days I feel like I haven’t recovered at all, even after taking it easy. Anyone else feel like they’ve exhausted all the “healthy” options? Did anything unexpected help you bounce back?

I’ve been following a couple of threads like this lately, and it’s wild how different the results can be depending on the person. One friend swears by sleep tracking and ice baths, another barely stretches and recovers like a teenager. Just goes to show there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to fitness recovery.
